Arch Viz UE4 (VR) - Town House

Another piece of work for a client looking to customize their potential home.

All interior design was done before hand so I had no real influence on it, just little things here and there. They wanted to stick to house's original look with a modern twist. Most large surfaces are interactable in run time giving the user the ability to swap materials and even meshes. Due to this functionality, the project had to make use of both baked and dynamic lighting.

Some rooms may appear empty as the client and designer was not sure what they wanted and will decide later on.

The project runs perfectly in VR. Some assets were grabbed from around the internet such as Turbo Squid and free to use UE4 marketplace projects (such as the majority of the foliage).
