This work is based off a real property which is currently under construction.
The goal of this project was to realistically create the flat in order to show potential clients what they might be living in. This can be fully experienced within VR. The client is able to interact with certain asset (defined by an "i" icon) which gives them the ability to change the material/mesh all in real time. Both a day time and a night time scene were created.
Lighting is a mixture of dynamic and real time. Most assets created by myself, some found on sites such as Turbo Squid or in Epic UE4 projects.
All modeling done in 3DS Max. Texturing done mainly with tiling textures in UE4 with a couple of unique ones done through Substance Painter.
